Instructions:

a) Before you fill this form, please confirm that you meet the minimum entry requirements for the course you wish to take.

b) Once your online application has been received and checked, and subject to availability of vacancies during the current semester, you will be requested to pay an application fee of KSh 1,500 into any of the KSMS revenue collection accounts.

c) On or before the commencement date of the course you wish to take, you will be expected to present to KSMS Registrar your original certificates and photocopies, as well as the deposit slip obtained from the bank after paying the application fee.  You will then receive a formal admission letter from the School.
