The course is intended to equip the trainee with knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable him/her perform duties requiring ICT competences to work in the Financial Sector and other related sectors. A graduate of this course will be able to work in a salaried or self-employment. To achieve this, units such as entrepreneurship, communication skills, life skills, French, information and communi¬cation technology have been included.
Programme Objectives
The general objectives of the technical training programmes are to:
d) operate and maintain an ICT system;
e) develop and maintain management system;
f) setup and manage a computer network;
g) perform system analysis, design and develop a business information system;
h) secure and manage information resources in an organization;
i)  demonstrate an understanding of computer programs using object oriented program languages;
j) design and maintain an organizational website.
