The Registrar’s office at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies (KSMS) is committed to offering accurate and confidential records, related services to students, faculty, internal offices and external agencies. The main focus is on developing and maintaining the processes and procedures necessary for the accurate and timely generation, maintainance, security, storage and retrieval of academic records as per the established policies and professional practices of KSMS.

In  support  of  the mission  of  KSMS, the  Registrar’s  office  is  mandated  to  provide  the following  functions:

1. Maintenance of student and teaching staff record databases.
2. Marketing and promotion services of the Academic Division.
3. Maintenance of student admission process.
4. Custodian of student related policies and guidelines.
5. Providing guidance and counseling services.
6. Coordination of students’ extra-curricular activities.
