The School is served by a Board of Directors which has been operational since 2006.  The Board is chaired by the Central Bank Governor, deputized by the Deputy Governor.  Other members include the Executive Director KSMS and a representative of the Treasury (see table below).

The Board's role is to ensure proper governance is adhered to and serves to represent the interests of the School by encompassing policies, processes and people, and serving the needs of shareholders and other stakeholders by directing and controlling management activities with good business savvy, objectivity and integrity.

Sound corporate governance is reliant on external marketplace commitment and legislation, plus a healthy board culture which safeguards policies and processes.
